Plaza de Espana is very beautiful.

It is a large roundabout that celebrates Spain. It has the Magic Fountain of Montjuic and it has the Palau Nacional at the top of the site. It was built for the 1929 Internation Exposition and is the main site of the Plaza EspaƱa square in Barcelona.

The entire area is very beautiful. The architecture is very detailed in the Spanish Renaissance style. It has beautfiul large domes and arches. I learned the building was finished in 1929.

The building is beautiful with large pillars and with the round shaped domes, the arches near the top and the beautiful detailed architecture of the building.

The building appears ancient from its design and its main restoration was completed in 1934.

The Palau Nacional overlooks the Fountain of Montjuic. The show lasts 1 hour at various times during the day with near 7 billion different displays of color.

The color changes in the fountain with are similar to fireworks.

I visited during the day, and it did not work during this time. I however saw videos on their site and the display was amazing.

The round edges of the fountain appealed to me.

I climbed the stairs to the top of the Palau Naciona. I enjoyed the views a lot.

The railing on the stairs reminded me of the ancient past in Spain.

I spent time near the top of the MNAC and it was really amazing. You can see the Fountain of Montjuic and the entire area.

The air feels refreshing and you can see panoramic views of Barcelona.

There are many trees and it is really nice to view the movement of the trees while sitting at the top of the site.

I would definitelly recommend to visit the site.
