Jun. 24 ´23 – Today I went swimming again at the beach in Barcelona. The water was amazing. Crystal clear and reminded me of the tropical beaches I went to in the past. The salt was amazing and the entire feel was like a tropical beach in the caribean. I started swimming a month ago in Barcelona, and it has been amazing since.

Oct. 1 ’22 – Today is the first day of the beer fest in Barcelona. The street Carrer de Creu Roberta beside Plaça Espana is full of stands serving beer and various food. There is a lot of souvenirs that you can also buy. I wanted to try a dark beer and I tried San Miguel Selecta. The beer is very good, a darker beer but the taste is light. The taste is amazing and full of flavor.

Sept. 27 ’22 – Today I visited Amorino. It is my favorite place for ice cream for a long time and I have known of it since I first visited Portugal. It is an amazing ice cream store filled with vegetarian sorbets and many types of treats. Today was my first day I had their cold drink of a frappucino type. It was filled with espresso coffee and I could choose the flavor of chocolate ice cream. It was amazing, full of flavor of the dark ice cream chocolate and the rich coffee taste. I also ate one of their macaroons. The macaroon tasted amazing with the ice cream in the middle wrapped in flaky crumbling pieces of a cake dough.

Sept. 26 ’22 – Today was my first day I tried the regular bubble tea in Barcelona. I went to GoodTea 珍棒 again. I had the lemon and raspberry flavor tea with large round tapioca pieces. It was amazing and sour and had several lemons. The large tapioca bubbles were also amazing and tangy. There are many amazing flavors. I also had a treat called Micho I think. It was a small round treat with dough like dumplings. The flavor was of a tangy cold filling of mango covered in dough that slightly gelatinus.

Sept. 23 ’22 – I bought a cake at Natcha Passtelería-Bombonería. It was my first ice cream cake in Barcelona and I loved it a lot. It was full of ice cream, chocolate and raspberrries. It was full of flavor and the top was of fudge cream chocolate. I also went to GoodTea 珍棒 for my first time and tried the smoothie with raspberry flavor. It had amazing small pieces of tapioca and the crushed ice with the rapsberry flavor was amazing.

Sept. 1 ’22 – I tried Spain’s cabra cheese from goats. It has an amazing taste of goats milk and it’s taste is between soft goat’s milk and cheese that is aged in a way that is similar to Gouda. The taste is amazing and I bought two flavors. One with pepper and another with a different spice. I still have to try the Maó or Mahon cheese from Menorca.

Aug. 27 ’22 – I discovered an amazing hostel in Spain. Unite Hostel Barcelona. It is near the beach only 5 minutes away from Port Olympic with the Casino and Platja Nova Icaria nearby. The hostel is huge with many rooms. It is really comfortable with comfortable beds, of modern design, and it has several rooms for fun. Room9 with many comfortable round seating areas for laptops and beer, and they also have a rooftop. The hostel I think is the top hostel in Barcelona and it is amazing. I like it a lot and the comfort of the rooms. It feels like a high end hostel.

Aug. 26 ’22 – I also tried Sangria. Sangria is a wine in Spain with fruit added to it. It can be apples or lemons and sometimes various fruits. I loved it a lot. I tried it yesterday Friday and it was amazing. It was tangy, the wine was amazing and strong of flavor of a rich tangy wine with the likely 12% alcohol and it was with lemons. It had huge ice cubes and I loved it a lot. You can order Sangria of wine or of Cava. Cava is the Spanish for Champagne or sparkling wine and I think it is most of the rose wine.

Aug. 23 ’22 Since I arrived in Barcelona I tried their rose wine. I had not had rose before. The wine is really amazing and reminds me of the white wine I drank in the past with possibly some hint of red added. I loved the taste a lot.

Aug. 23 ’22 I ate the Manchego cheese in Spain for my first time. It is a famous cheese in Spain. It is of the aged cheese taste that is similar to Gouda. It is a yellow aged cheese. It is famous from the region of La Macha. I also bought one Camambert and another Spanish goat cheese that was similar to feta. I bought them from the La Boqueria market that is famous in the district of La Rambla. The market was amazing full of chocolate truffles, fruits, cheeses, dried meats, and empa’nadas. It was full of many foods and they were arranged in modern and beautiful ways to describe affluence.
