Sagrada Familia Cathedral is a beautiful cathedral.

It is an amazing cathedral filled with beautiful colours on the inside. Reds and greens and blue tones that shine with the light through tiled mosaics with the theme of Christ.

Central Entrace of Sagarda Familia

The cathedral from the outside is beautiful with detailed stone work that appears as if it took decades likely to complete. The stone work is detailed of sculptures and various statutes. Statues of Christ, saints and various symbols that make up the Cathedral.

One of my favourite parts of the cathedral is this part with the egg like shapes. The eggs are coloured with vibrant colours of pink, orange and various other colours.

On the inside of the cathedral I liked the tiled mosaics a lot. The mosaics are of blues and greens on one side and on of bright orange and red on the other. The light shines through the mosaics of tiles similar to church mosaics. The colors are beautiful and as they shine in the church they produce beautiful hues that they pass on the texture of the building and the shapes.

The central part of the church for the liturgy has a beautiful chandelier type that hangs from the top and a beautiful organ in the background. The central part for the liturgy is beautiful with a large table with Bibles and similar.

The stone work on the inside is also amazing. There are large pillars with beautiful detailed work.

I liked the design of the cathderal a lot as it gave me the appearance of a more abstract design, of the regular work of Gaudi.

The top of the Cathedral is beautiful with many small oval windows at various angles.

On the outside I liked most the pillars at angles.

There is also a museum in Cathedral near the bottom. It is filled with variosu pieces. It is also filled with antique church benches, various church items, various designs and models of the Cathedral. There is also one interesting piece of a Gaudi model used for the 3D modelling the Cathedral. It is really interesting as something similar to what I would see in an old Houdini movie.

There is also a souvenir shop. It has many souvenirs, including the eggs from the Cathedral and many others.

I did not see the Catacombs or the Crypt and was told it opens at 7.15 pm. It is likely I will visit in the future to see.

I would definitely recommend visiting the Sagrada Familia Cathedral a lot to visitors.
