I watched for my first time the Magic Fountain of Montjuic.
The fountain is amazing and I wanted to watch is before when I was in Barcelona but I did not get a chance.
I loved the fountain when I read about it on the internet and it stated it was a technicolour show with lights that could do over 7 billion combinations with lights and the flowing of the water.
The show is amazing. The water flows in single small flows into the centre, it flows outward from the centre in huge bursts of water upwards, it also sprays and forms formations like small bushes, and it sprouts and pours in so many directions.
The fountain appears like fireworks with amazing shows in so many different ways.
The water poured in so many fun and interesting ways I was amazed. The colour kept changing and there was so many amazing colors. Bright colors and mixes of so many colors that I really loved it. I was also sprayed lightly several times with the water. I was beside the fountain near the end, and the water spray is light. It is fun if you like water and it was exciting for me.
They also played music with all of the shows and the show opened with the singing of a song Barcelona that reminded of a theatre performance the way they sang it. It sounded of the famous theatre performances similar and an artists singing of Barcelona.
They played a lot of the popular music that I know about and many of the song that are popular worldwide.
There was many of songs that they played that I liked and I loved a lot watched the show.
I usually like fun and upbeat music and these two I liked the most. I like many songs that are fun including Latino, or club music in general. Others include fun songs with funk like breakdance or sometimes electric guitar songs.
There was other popular songs that played and many popular songs from the past. Generally, they were from popular artists in the mainstream music industry.
I liked the show a lot and I really loved it. It was one of my favorite things that I experienced in Barcelona.
The lights were so amazing with so many colors that changed and the mixing of the colors. The view was beautiful with how the water sprouted and changed from a small thin sprouts that led to the middle like an arch to various displays outward from large blows in the middle to the small bushes that spayed and the outflows from the centre. The entire symphony of the colors and the fountain flows was amazing.
The show is free and it is now from 9.30 pm to 10.30 pm from Wednesday to Sunday. These are autumn hours and the fountain shows are more regular during the summer. The show lasts for 1 hour and it is amazing. The summer performances are longer.
There was a lot of people and it is interesting to know maybe if you need a seat. There was many people sitting on the stairs that lead to the MNAC and looked like a mini spectators to a game. There are also people sitting directly on the ridge around the fountain and on the various benches around. There is a lot of room, and there are many benches and spots to sit on and the pavilion is huge. There are also spots further away with sprouting fountains for the many tourists sitting in the area.
The entire pavilion is huge and knows as Plaça d’Espanya. It is a dedication to Spain and is of a huge space and road and walkway that leads to the MNAC. It is lined with fountains and areas to sit in and leads to the pavilion with the Fountain of Montjuic and the MNAC. The pavilion is huge with a lot of room for tourists and with stairways that lead to the MNAC.
The MNAC, is a symbol of art exhibitions in Barcelona with a beautiful design that reminds of ancient Spanish Roman inspired architecture. The building reminds of an ancient building for the Roman government at the top of a pavilion designed for the magnificence of the empire.
There were tourists sitting in the entire area before the pavilion as well. There are also many selling souvenirs on the route to the Magic Fountain including one with like clasp drums I saw in movies. Like the cha cha sounds in the background in some Latin songs.
I love it a lot and I would greatly recommend it to tourists. I loved visiting the Magic Fountain of Montjuic and would recommend it to everyone especially family and children.
